Cinnamon – Pastries

- 150 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Teaspoon (level) Ground cinnamon
- 250 g Flour
- Powdered sugar
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sugar pearls
- Sugar script
- Knead a smooth dough out of all the ingredients. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a little flour and cut out biscuits. Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Cover the cookies with icing and decorate as you wish.
