Cinnamon – Pastries

The perfect cinnamon – pastries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Ground cinnamon
  • 250 g Flour
  • Powdered sugar
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Sugar pearls
  • Sugar script
  1. Knead a smooth dough out of all the ingredients. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough on a little flour and cut out biscuits. Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  3. Cover the cookies with icing and decorate as you wish.
