Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Apples
  • 30 g Brown sugar
  • 50 g Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 150 g Chocolate biscuit
  • Caramel cream

Instructions
 

  • Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and simmer with the brown sugar for approx. 20 minutes.
  • For the mascarpone cream, mix the mascarpone with milk and honey, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and fold into the mascarpone cream.
  • Crumble the biscuits and layer the biscuits, apple compote and caramel cream one after the other in a glass until the glass is full. Good Appetite!
