Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 130 g sugar
- 500 ml cream
- 2 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 1 small can of peach(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 20 minutes
Place the eggs and egg yolks in a bowl with the sugar, beat over a hot water bath until creamy, and then fluff up into a rose shape. Let cool. Fold in 250 ml of whipped cream, cinnamon, and the diced peaches. Then fold in the remaining 250 ml of whipped cream. Transfer everything to a baking dish lined with cling film and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
