Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 175 g almonds, ground
- 1 egg white
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Knead the dough ingredients into a dough and chill for at least 30 minutes. Divide the dough into two pieces and roll each piece into a long, approximately 1.5 cm thick sausage. Cut approximately 5 cm long pieces from this sausage. For the glaze, beat the egg whites with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form and then drizzle in the powdered sugar. The mixture should not be runny; it should form peaks when the sticks are dipped in the mixture. Dip both ends into the mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 140 °C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. They should not brown. Allow to cool.
