Cinque Terre linguine

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
  • salt water
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 2 onions, red
  • 300 g zucchini
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 stalks of basil
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 175 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and easy for every day

Cook the linguine in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the tuna well. Slice the onions and cut the zucchini into 1 cm cubes. Wash the cherry tomatoes and tear the basil leaves from the stems. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the zucchini for 2 minutes. Add the onions and tomatoes and fry for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the white wine. Add the tuna and cook gently until the tuna is warm. Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, and serve sprinkled with basil.
