Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (linguine) or spaghetti
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 onions, red
  • 300 g zucchini
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 175 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • e.g. Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the linguine in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, drain the tuna well. Slice the onions. Cut the zucchini into 1 cm cubes. Trim the cherry tomatoes and halve them if necessary. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini for 2 minutes. Add the onions and tomatoes and sauté for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with white wine. Add the tuna and cook gently until the tuna is thoroughly heated. Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, and serve sprinkled with basil. Serve with a little Parmesan cheese on the side.
