Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g white cabbage or savoy cabbage
- 250 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 liter of water

Green hot
Boil peeled potatoes in water, press through a sieve, and season with salt and pepper. Remove the ribs from the tender cabbage leaves, stack them on top of each other, and roll them tightly into a roll. Cut into hair-thin slices with a knife and then rinse in cold water. Ten minutes before serving, add the well-drained cabbage strips and the olive oil to the potato broth and simmer uncovered. Serve with bread and butter.
