Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spirelli)
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 300 ml cream
- 200 g salami or ham
- 1 jar mushrooms or peas, drained
- 200 g cheese, grated
- oregano
- pepper
- n. B. Broth, granulated

Place the pasta, tomatoes, and cream in a microwave-safe casserole dish (Micro 3 – 1.75-liter dish). Dice the salami and add it to the bowl along with the mushrooms and the other ingredients. Season to taste and stir well. Microwave with the lid closed for 10 minutes at 600 watts. Then stir the mixture briefly, sprinkle with the grated cheese, and cook for another 10 minutes at 600 watts. After letting it stand for 5 minutes, the casserole is ready to serve.
