Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g mixed vegetables
  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 500 ml milk
  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • Flour
  • 300 g Gouda, grated
  • Spice mix (Vegeta)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Melt the margarine in a saucepan, stir in the flour until thickened, then whisk in the milk. Season with Vegeta, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the vegetables and let them simmer in the sauce until al dente. Finally, add the parsley. First, pour a little sauce into a baking dish to coat the bottom. Then alternate the lasagna sheets and the vegetable mixture. Finally, generously cover with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
