Cocktail Satellite
The perfect cocktail satellite recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 200 ml Orange juice
- 200 ml Passion fruit syrup
- 200 ml Strawberry syrup
- 100 ml Vodka
- 5 Pc. Ice cubes
- Finely puree the strawberries using a hand blender, then add the strawberry syrup and refrigerate this mixture for a few hours. Shortly before the guests arrive, distribute ice cubes between the glasses and pour 2 shot glasses (40 ml) orange juice and passion fruit syrup into each cocktail glass. Then carefully and slowly pour the strawberry mixture onto the yellow mixture so that the two colors do not mix. Finally, just as carefully pour in the black vodka, decorate with drinking straws and serve the cocktails immediately. The mixing ratio can of course be varied depending on your taste.
