Cocoa-honey cookies with coconut oil

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 20 g rye flour
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • some salt
  • n.e. Cinnamon powder, optional
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Melt the coconut oil and honey and let cool slightly. Combine the flours with cocoa, salt, and a pinch of cinnamon, if desired. Add the oil mixture and milk and mix/knead with a spoon until a firm dough forms. The dough will be a bit crumbly. With wet hands, form walnut-sized balls and flatten them slightly. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 12 minutes.
