Cocoa pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 125 g flour
  • 70 g sugar
  • 70 ml milk
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter, liquid
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the oil in a pot and mix. Heat the oil in a pan and cook pancakes from the batter. Flip the pancakes after 1 minute.
