Pancakes without scales and measuring cups

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp, heaped flour
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Only spoons are needed for measuring, very easy and ideal for holiday apartments

Using a whisk (or a fork if necessary), thoroughly beat the eggs with the milk, sugar, and salt, then gradually add the flour. Heat a large nonstick pan, lightly grease it if necessary, and cook the batter into one thick pancake or two thin pancakes. If you omit the sugar, you can also make savory pancakes. This recipe can be easily scaled and is so quick that it can even be made for breakfast.
