Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g oat flakes
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 200 g butter, in small pieces
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g desiccated coconut
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp yogurt or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

makes about 60 cookies

Lightly toast the oats in a little butter. Once cooled, mix with flour and baking powder. Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Then place the dough mounds, not too close together, on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Makes about 60 cookies.
