Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion(s), red, cut into rings
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml cream – soy-based substitute
- 1 tsp spice mix (garam masala)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 220°C. Place potatoes and onion in a baking dish. Mix together coconut milk, soy cream, garam masala, salt, and pepper and pour over the potatoes. Bake in the oven for about one hour. Serve hot.
