Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 2 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 bunch of chives
- 4 tbsp cottage cheese
- Salt
- 500 g pasta of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Wash and trim the bell peppers and cut into strips. Peel and slice the onions. Heat oil in a saucepan. Sauté the bell pepper and onion strips. Add paprika and mix. Add 1 ladle of the (pasta) water. Cover the pan and simmer for about 4 minutes. Now add the sour cream and season with salt. Remove the pan from the heat. Wash and finely chop the chives, and stir them in along with the cottage cheese. Arrange on plates and serve.
