Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g flour
  • 150 g butter, semi-soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • 70 g desiccated coconut
  • 30 g oat flakes, fine
  • 70 g marzipan, grated
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp anise
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, heaped
  • Cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all ingredients (except glaze) in a large bowl and knead into a dough. Chill for about 25 minutes. Then, take nut-sized pieces of dough, knead lightly in your hands, and form into balls. Place them on a prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them, and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (325°F) for 10-12 minutes. Once the cookies have cooled, dip the bottoms in glaze.
