Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 60 g flour
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g butter, soft
- 150 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100 g chocolate, whole milk
- 3 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pack of flavoring (vanilla flavor bourbon)

Combine desiccated coconut, flour, cocoa, and salt. Melt the butter (in pieces) and the chocolate, broken into small pieces, together in a warm water bath. Beat the eggs until fluffy. While continuing to beat, gradually add the sugar. Stir in the chocolate mixture and vanilla extract. Fold in the flour mixture with a spatula and let it stand for about 5 minutes. Drop the coconut mixture by the teaspoon, 4 cm apart, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape into a slightly round shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 12 minutes.
