Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml water
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 can of creamy coconut milk, 400 g
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g desiccated coconut, fresh
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp or vanilla flavor
  • 2 tbsp Liqueur 43 (vanilla liqueur), possibly as a substitute for vanilla flavoring or vanilla pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

for the ice cream machine

Bring the water and sugar to a boil and dissolve the sugar. Then let it cool. Whisk the coconut milk into the still lukewarm sugar water. Add the cream, freshly shredded coconut, and vanilla extract and mix well. Finish in the ice cream maker. A dream for coconut lovers!
