  • 0,5 Fresh lime
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 Milliliters Milk
  • 2 Centiliters Coconut liqueur
  • 45 g Food starch

  • 0,5 Fresh mango
  • 0,5 Fresh lime
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Bacardi

Serving

  • Desiccated coconut
  • Mint leaves

  1. Squeeze the lime. Bring coconut milk with cream, lime juice, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to a boil.
