- 400 Milliliters Coconut milk
- 50 g Whipped cream
- 0,5 Fresh lime
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 Milliliters Milk
- 2 Centiliters Coconut liqueur
- 45 g Food starch

- 0,5 Fresh mango
- 0,5 Fresh lime
- 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon Bacardi
Serving
- Desiccated coconut
- Mint leaves
Coconut – Flammeri …
- Squeeze the lime. Bring coconut milk with cream, lime juice, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to a boil.
- Mix the cornstarch with milk and coconut liqueur until smooth. Pour into the boiling coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Take off the stove.
- Let cool down a little and pour into cold-rinsed pudding molds. Chill to set.
