Coconut Macaroons with Cottage Cheese

- 8 egg whites
- 300 g Powdered sugar
- 130 g Quark
- 8 drops Bitter almond flavor
- 500 g Desiccated coconut
- Wafer paper
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the powdered sugar while stirring. Add the quark, bitter almond flavor and desiccated coconut and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the wafer paper on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put a small pile of the coconut mixture on each wafer and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
