Brussels Sprouts Salad

  • 4 piece Brussels sprouts
  • 1 head Mini roma salad
  • 1 piece Carrot red
  • 0,25 piece Red onion, diced
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 shot Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1 Knife point Stock powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut them into individual leaves, then blanch them for 3 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain well.
  2. Rub a salad bowl with the garlic, mix the finely chopped onion, parsley, balsamic vinegar, oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper and a trace of instant stock powder together.
