Brussels Sprouts Salad
The perfect brussels sprouts salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Brussels sprouts
- 1 head Mini roma salad
- 1 piece Carrot red
- 0,25 piece Red onion, diced
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 shot Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 Knife point Stock powder
- Pepper
- Salt
- Chopped parsley
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut them into individual leaves, then blanch them for 3 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain well.
- Rub a salad bowl with the garlic, mix the finely chopped onion, parsley, balsamic vinegar, oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper and a trace of instant stock powder together.
- Now add the grated carrot, the sliced Roma salad and the Brussels sprouts leaves, as well as the finely chopped parsley, mix well and season again with salt & pepper.
