Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 65 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice or 4 drops bitter almond flavor
- 250 g desiccated coconut

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding the sugar as you go. Then add the quark, lemon juice, and desiccated coconut. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
