Cod and Spinach Gratin
The perfect cod and spinach gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Mushrooms brown
- 200 g Spinach
- 600 g Cod
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 small Lemon
- Salt, pepper, flour, olive oil
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onion into rings. Set aside 2 tbsp green rings. Sweat the onion rings in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add spinach and cream, season well and let warm up briefly. Put in a baking dish.
- Wash and dry the fish. Sour with lemon juice. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Turn the fish in it and place on top of the vegetables.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 180 ° for approx. 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining onion rings and serve.
