Cod and Spinach Gratin

The perfect cod and spinach gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Mushrooms brown
  • 200 g Spinach
  • 600 g Cod
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 small Lemon
  • Salt, pepper, flour, olive oil
  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onion into rings. Set aside 2 tbsp green rings. Sweat the onion rings in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  1. Add spinach and cream, season well and let warm up briefly. Put in a baking dish.
  1. Wash and dry the fish. Sour with lemon juice. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Turn the fish in it and place on top of the vegetables.
  1. Cook in an oven preheated to 180 ° for approx. 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining onion rings and serve.
