- 4 Cod fillet
- 350 g Spaghetti
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 250 g Tomatoes
- 200 ml Fish stock
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Cook the spaghetti firm to the bite in salted water.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper from the mill and cook in the steamer for 15 minutes.
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Peel the tomatoes and also cut them into cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion with the garlic. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour in the fish stock and let it simmer again for 5 minutes. Now add the spices and stir in the tomato paste.
