Cod Fillet on Spaghetti Nest with Tomato Sauce À La Heiko

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Cod fillet
  • 350 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 200 ml Fish stock
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti firm to the bite in salted water.
  • Season the fish with salt and pepper from the mill and cook in the steamer for 15 minutes.
  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Peel the tomatoes and also cut them into cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion with the garlic. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour in the fish stock and let it simmer again for 5 minutes. Now add the spices and stir in the tomato paste. Bring it to the boil again briefly and season to taste.
  • Now arrange the whole thing on a plate. Bon Appetit.
