Cod Fillet on Spaghetti Nest with Tomato Sauce À La Heiko

  • 4 Cod fillet
  • 350 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 200 ml Fish stock
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  1. Cook the spaghetti firm to the bite in salted water.
  2. Season the fish with salt and pepper from the mill and cook in the steamer for 15 minutes.
  3. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Peel the tomatoes and also cut them into cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion with the garlic. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour in the fish stock and let it simmer again for 5 minutes. Now add the spices and stir in the tomato paste. Bring it to the boil again briefly and season to taste.
