Less Than 30 Minutes: Spaghetti with Onion Minced Meat in Tomato Sauce

  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 7 Spring onions fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 packet Sieved tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Parmesan
  • Gluten free spaghetti
  • Oil for frying



  • Put water and salt in a saucepan for the spaghetti. When this boils, cook the spaghetti. Put the al dente cooked pasta in a sieve and drain, now they are ready to serve.

  • Switch on the stove and put a pan or saucepan on it, pour in the oil and heat it up. Cut the two pieces and set them ready.
  • When the oil is hot, add the minced meat to the pan, season with salt and pepper, fry the whole thing well.
  • Add the tomatoes, rinse the packet with water and add, season if necessary and add a pinch of sugar, let everything simmer for a few more minutes and during this time you can slice the Parmesan (from the piece).
