Cod fillet with broccoli and almond topping

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg cod fillet(s)
  • n. B. Salt
  • 200 g broccoli florets
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 8 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • some salt
  • some nutmeg
  • 20 g almond flakes
  • 60 g Gouda or Tilsiter, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the cod fillet into 4 equal pieces, season with salt, and arrange in 4 cocottes. Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash the broccoli and set aside 4-8 very small florets for decoration. Chop the remaining broccoli in a food processor. Add the remaining topping ingredients and mix everything together. Cover the fish evenly with the mixture. Then distribute the cheese and flaked almonds over the crust. Finally, decorate with the reserved broccoli florets. Place the cocottes in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Arrange and serve.
