Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s), Arabic
- 2 cup(s) of tomato ketchup, approx. 200 – 250 ml each
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 400 g cheese, grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 2 tsp pizza seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the flatbread in half. Mix the sauce or ketchup with the pizza seasoning, onions, and garlic, and spread evenly on both halves. Drain the tuna, tear it into pieces, and divide it between the halves. Sprinkle the cheese over both halves. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your taste. Of course, you can swap out the toppings as desired.
