Cod and Salmon Fillet with King Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Fennel bulb
  • 2 Salmon fillet
  • 2 Cod fillet
  • 4 Tarragon and parsley stalks
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • Salt pepper
  • 5 King oyster mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • 2 salmon fillets and 2 cod fillets 1 fennel tuber 1/2 lemon salt, pepper 5 herb char 4 sprigs of tarragon and parsley butter Preheat the oven to 200 °. Clean and finely slice a fennel bulb. The king oyster mushrooms are cut into thin slices. Spread butter in the middle of 4 sheets of baking paper. Spread the fennel on top. Then add salt. Distribute the mushrooms on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper and put again flakes of butter on the mushrooms. Above each a sprig of tarragon and a sprig of parsley. Then come the fish fillets. Drizzle the fish fillets with a little Ztrone and lightly salt and pepper. Now the baking paper is tightly closed and the 4 packets are placed on the baking sheet and then in the oven for 15 minutes. Oh, do not open it until you are ready to eat! It's delicious. We found it very good. .
