Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 425 ml milk, 1.5%
- 4 tbsp instant strong coffee or espresso powder
- 60 ml caramel syrup
- 40 ml coffee liqueur
- 100 g crushed ice
- some coffee, instant
- 2 mint leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Summer shake, for hot days – for 2 glasses
Combine the ice cream, milk, instant coffee (I use espresso powder), syrup, and liqueur in a blender and blend on high for up to 3 minutes. Pour the shake into 2 large glasses, sprinkle some instant coffee over the top, and garnish with the mint. Serve immediately.
