Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g flour
- 120 g hazelnuts, grated
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 200 g butter, soft
- 80 g chocolate shavings (chocolate flakes)
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 2 tbsp water, hot
- some cake icing (chocolate icing) for decoration

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Christmas cookies
Dissolve the coffee powder in hot water and quickly knead it with the other ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Form small croissants and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Then dip the croissants in a little chocolate glaze and let them dry thoroughly.
