Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 100 ml water, hot
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp, heaped protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and chop the banana, and place it in a blender. Mix the coffee powder with the hot water and add it to the banana. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. The banana already gives the smoothie enough sweetness—if that’s not enough for you, you can add more honey. Tip: If you want something extravagant and don’t mind the extra calories, you can top the coffee smoothie with homemade whipped cream, a pinch of cocoa, and chopped hazelnuts.
