Cold cucumber soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • some mint leaves
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roughly chop the two cucumbers, add a few mint leaves, and puree everything with a hand blender. Then add the yogurt and crème fraîche and mix everything with a large spoon. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Finally, season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate the soup before serving.
