Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g coconut oil
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g butter biscuits
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g cherry(s)
  • 125 g mixed nuts, salty
  • 75 g mini marshmallows
  • some cocoa powder for dusting

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes

Chop the chocolate and melt the coconut oil and chocolate over a bain-marie. Whisk the eggs, powdered sugar, milk, and cocoa powder until smooth, then pour into the chocolate mixture while stirring. Mix everything well. Rinse a loaf pan with water and line it with plastic wrap. Roughly break the cookies into pieces. Cover the bottom of the pan with some chocolate spread. Place a layer of cookies on top. Layer the nuts, cherries, and marshmallows on top of the cookies, then spread the chocolate spread on top. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least six hours. After six hours, turn the cold snout out of the pan, place it on a plate, and dust with cocoa powder.
