Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg pork fillet(s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Suitable for buffets
Season the meat all over with salt, pepper, and paprika. Brown it vigorously in hot lard for about 5 minutes. Cover and cook over low heat for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the meat cool in the covered pan. Cut into 4 mm thick slices, arrange on a platter, and garnish as desired.
