Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 3 kg pork neck in one piece (boneless)
- 3 packs of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
The amount is variable, as you need one packet of salt per kg of meat. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, sprinkle it with salt, and place the meat on top. Now you can “wrap” the meat a little more with salt. Then roast the whole thing for 3 hours at 250°C (electric stove) (1 hour per kg of meat). Serve with salads or bread.
