Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g strawberries
- 200 g currants, red
- 1 tbsp blackcurrant
- 250 g gelling sugar 2:1, especially for strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for 3 glasses of 250 ml each
Wash the berries and pat dry. Remove the stems from the strawberries and strip the currants from the vines. Chop the berries with a hand blender and add them to the bowl of a food processor along with the blackcurrant. Gradually add the gelling sugar and mix on the lowest speed for 30 minutes until the mixture thickens. Pour the jam into 3 clean 250 ml jars and seal.
