Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 head of white cabbage
  • 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 pinch(s) salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Quarter and shred the cabbage. Grate the peeled carrots, add them to the cabbage, and mix. Make a creamy dressing with the remaining ingredients and pour it over the vegetables. Mix everything well (preferably by hand) and let it sit overnight.
