Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 750 g zucchini
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp savory, shredded

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Select firm zucchini and peel thinly. Grate into sticks. Whisk together sugar, salt, vinegar, and oil to make a marinade and dress the salad. Finally, stir in savory. The savory adds a unique flavor.
