Coleslaw Mega Extra Plus
I always start with the sauce, which means mixing everything from the onion to the pickle. After slicing or shredding the cabbage, knead it thoroughly to help it absorb the sauce. Then mix everything thoroughly, without disturbing the consistency of the ingredients, preferably by hand. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and serve with hearty farmhouse bread. It will easily keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and will get juicier the more it cooks.
