Super quick to prepare and deliciously fruity

Drain the celery in a colander and place it in a bowl. Cut the pineapple into small pieces; do the same with the washed and trimmed spring onions. Peel the apple and dice it very finely. Meanwhile, boil the eggs for 10 minutes, rinse, and chop. Finely chop the meat. Mix all ingredients together, season to taste, and let it chill in the refrigerator for a while. Serve with toast.
