Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large potatoes, purple
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 3 large carrots, purple
  • 3 large carrots, yellow or white
  • 3 large carrots, orange
  • Thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with original varieties, low-fat

Peel and trim the vegetables, cut into pieces or slices, and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
