Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 400 g grapes, halved
- 400 g strawberries, halved
- 3 pears, cut into pieces
- 3 nectarines, cut into pieces
- 1 small can of pineapple (236 ml)
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 500 g probiotic yogurt (Nestlé LC1 Vanilla)
- ⅛ liter milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash 400g grapes, halve, and deseed if desired. Wash 400g strawberries, remove the blossoms, and halve them. Wash 3 pears, halve them, and core them. Wash 3 nectarines, halve them, and pit them. Cut the pears and nectarines into pieces. Drain the pineapple can, reserving the juice. Place the fruit in a bowl. Mix the juice of 1 lemon with 4 tablespoons of the reserved pineapple juice, pour over the fruit salad, and toss to combine. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with 1/8 l milk and serve with the fruit salad.
