Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 g Leberkäse, first cut into 2 cm thick slices, then into cubes
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 400 g peppers, marinated, drained from the jar, cut into strips and leaves
- 400 g gherkins (mustard pickles), drained, cut into strips and leaves
- 3 m.-sized onion(s), cut into very thin rings
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp, leveled mustard, sweet
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 125 ml oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Add the peas to boiling salted water, cook for about 3 minutes, and drain. Gently mix all salad ingredients. Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and parsley into a marinade. Finally, add the oil and pour over the salad. Let the salad marinate for at least 1 hour.
