Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g Lyoner
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 pickles
  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • e.g. garlic powder and/or paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Slice or strip the Lyoner, pickles, and onion. Place everything in a bowl. Add the vinegar, oil, water, mustard, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper (and garlic and paprika if desired). Mix well and let it sit for at least an hour. Enjoy!
