Colorful pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can peas and carrots, finely chopped
  • 6 gherkins
  • 250 g meat sausage or ham sausage
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise or salad cream
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 250 g pasta
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. While this is happening, dice the sausage and slice the pickles. Drain the canned vegetables. Place the cucumbers, sausage, corn, peas, and carrots in a salad bowl. Chop the carrots a little more if desired. Add the pasta and season with salad dressing, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
