Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 1 can peas
- 3 slices of Leberkäse
- 1 jar of pickled gherkins (e.g. Spreewald pickles)
- 1 class jar Miracel Whip (250 g)
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, if needed
- 3 tbsp cucumber juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, dice the gherkins and meatloaf slices. Place everything in a large bowl. Drain and rinse the can of peas, then add. Rinse the pasta with cold water and add to the bowl. Stir everything together and season with salt and pepper. Mix the Miracle Whip with 3 tablespoons of the pickle juice and mix well. Add everything to the bowl and fold in. If using, slice the hard-boiled eggs and fold in as well. Tip: Best done in the evening and let it sit overnight.
