colorful, healthy and delicious, low carb
Peel or trim the garlic, onion, and chili, finely dice, and lightly sauté in a little hot oil. Trim and roughly dice the bell peppers, add them, and sauté. Now add the ground beef, tomato paste, and 100 ml water, and season well to taste. Simmer briefly so the bell peppers still have some bite. Trim the spring onions and finely slice them. Add them along with the white beans. Heat through. Finally, season again to taste and sprinkle with plenty of parsley. This goes very well with rice or flatbread, but it will then no longer be low-carb.
