Colorful rosemary tomatoes with bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g cherry tomatoes, colorful
  • 150 g bacon, cut into strips or diced
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Oil (rosemary oil)
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • rosemary
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mince the garlic clove. Brown the bacon in a little rosemary oil and add the finely chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper. When the bacon is almost done, add the tomatoes to the pan and fry briefly. Add the heavy cream and let it reduce slightly. Season to taste. Serve with pasta or rice.
