Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), to make it colorful, preferably a yellow one
- 3 spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 half cucumber(s),
- 1 handful of lettuce (lettuce or iceberg lettuce)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- some salt
- some pepper
- some chili powder
- some paprika powder
- some herbs, finely chopped

Chop the bell pepper, spring onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce into small pieces and place them in a salad bowl. Now it’s time to prepare the dressing. Mix the oil with the vinegar and mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Then, if desired, add chili powder and paprika to taste. Mix everything well and add it to the salad along with the chopped herbs.
